THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO DO
For almost two decades, I have lived in the forests of central India, where tigers and leopards still roam freely. Living close to nature has changed how I understand myself and others.
The forest asks for attention. You notice when something shifts. You learn when to move, when to pause, and when to listen. It has taught me that there is intensity in stillness, softness, and simply being present.
We are nature. That understanding shapes how I listen and how I work.
I move between two places I call home. Each has shaped me differently, and moving between them keeps me curious about what I think I know, what changes, and what remains.
I have always been drawn to the questions beneath our everyday lives: What shapes our choices? Which patterns do we keep returning to? What becomes possible when we meet ourselves more honestly? Who are we when we loosen our hold on the identities we carry?
Through one-to-one sessions, programmes and retreats, I bring together movement, breath, inner work and embodied practices. We slow down enough to notice what is happening in your body and your life, and give what we find the attention it needs.
My work is an invitation to recognise your patterns, feel what is asking to be felt, and
reconnect with what is alive in you.
Raw. Honest. Embodied.
The tiger has become a quiet teacher in my life. It inhabits its nature fully. To me, owning your intensity means learning to do the same: to make room for your strength, sensitivity, stillness and vitality, and live from the fullness of who you are.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help you grow your capacity to meet yourself with love.
I look forward to meeting you.
with love
Essential Psychotherapy brings together Buddhist psychology and the wisdom teachings of Buddhadharma with psychotherapy. It integrates the training of the mind with therapeutic work to explore our inner patterns and deepen our awareness of ourselves and the world.
Somatic Experiencing is a body-oriented approach to working with stress, shock and trauma. It brings awareness to bodily sensations and nervous-system responses, helping us gradually develop greater capacity, resilience and regulation.
TRE uses seven defined exercises to activate and fatigue specific muscle groups. The exercises are designed to support the body in releasing muscular tension and returning towards greater ease.
Yoga is much more than physical exercise, and the asanas are an essential part of physical wellbeing. Meditation is my practice of returning to presence, awareness and kindness.
I am trained in Reiki, Pranic Healing and the method of Andrea Stäger. I am also trained in reading the Akashic Records. I draw on these different approaches intuitively and selectively within my work.
Breath practices are at the core of my work. I offer Pranayama from the Yogic tradition, Transformational Breath journeys and functional breathing — each offering a different way to explore breath, awareness and connection.
