Walk with the grace of a tigress -gentle in step, fierce in spirit.
My name is Isabelle Karan.
For almost two decades, I have lived deep in the forests of central India, where tigers and leopards still roam. The forest has taught me to pause, listen deeply, and embody my intensity.
Calmness can be intense.
Vulnerability can be intense.
Being yourself can be intense.
This understanding lies at the heart of my work: creating space to meet ourselves — raw, honest and embodied — loosen the patterns that hold us back, and reconnect with our vitality.
I move between India and Switzerland, carrying this work between two very different worlds.
I look forward to meeting you, online or in person.
Are you feeling stuck or disconnected?
Are you going through a transition or a challenging time?
Do you want to understand a recurring pattern?
Do you want to change something, but don’t know exactly what?
I have created two programmes and I work with movement, breath and deep inner work.
Let’s explore together what matters most to you right now.
Sometimes, transformation begins with a pause.
Explore what is ready to change, what wants to remain, and what is waiting to emerge.
