BREATH & MIND ARE INTIMATELY CONNECTED
The breath lets us explore raw vitality. It reminds us of both life’s energy and its impermanence. Feeling this can bring a quiet urgency to how we choose to live.
I work with the breath in different ways. Pranayama, rooted in the Yoga tradition, is part of my daily spiritual practice. Transformational breathwork has profoundly changed my inner alignment and dialogue. Functional breathing brings us back to something more basic: understanding how we breathe each day, and how our breathing may support our physical and mental wellbeing.
If there were a manual for being human, I think the breath would be one of its first pages.
Pranayama, rooted in the Yoga tradition, is an energetic practice whose power often lies in its subtlety. Together with kriyas and bandhas, it invites us to explore the connection between breath, body, and mind.
My approach is gentle and attentive to the complexity of that connection. It is shaped by the somatic and energetic work I offer, and by the understanding that even a small shift in the breath can change what we sense within ourselves. The breath brings us close to life as it is: vital, changing, and never ours to hold.

Breathing plays a part in how we feel and function each day. How we breathe has several layers: the biomechanics of how the body moves, the biochemistry of changes in our blood gases, and the psychophysiological connection between breathing and how we feel.
We begin with a breath assessment to understand your breathing patterns and where you are today. We also explore how you respond to carbon dioxide (CO₂). From there, we can work with your breath in a way that is attentive to your body and your daily life. Functional breath is a training more then a practice.
As you begin to understand how breath, body, and mind work together, you can build a more conscious relationship with your breath – and discover a resource that is always with you.
60 minutes / 130 CHF
If this is our first session, we begin with a breath assessment and explore what you need right now. If you already practise, we look at where you are and deepen your awareness of the breath in your body.
→ A breath assessment
→ Guided breathing training
5 × 60 minutes / 580 CHF
This is guided breath training. We begin with an assessment, then build a clear, structured practice around your needs. Between sessions, you have exercises to explore on your own. The aim is to improve how you feel and function in daily life.
→ Structured breath training
→ Assessments and practice between sessions
In a breath journey, we may encounter feelings, memories, or parts of ourselves that are
usually beyond our awareness.
These journeys hold intensity, so I guide them with gentle care. If you want to be a friend of wild animal, you begin with kindness. I approach the breath in the same way. We build trust and an understanding of the process before going deeper.
A breath journey is not a solution to everything. It can, however, open a door to an inner place we did not know was there. Breath journeys have been an important part of my spiritual path, helping me grow in my capacity to love myself and own my intensity.
90 minutes / 200 CHF
We begin with a 30-minute consultation before the journey. It is a journey of 90mins where you dive deep and meet your intensity. After the breathing practice, we take time to settle and reflect on your experience.
→ A 30-minute initial consultation
→ A 90-minute guided breath journey, including time for integration
90 minutes / 45 CHF
Once a month, I guide a small group of up to six people through a breath journey. This space is for those who have already joined me for a 1:1 online journey or an in-person
group journey.
→ A guided 90-minute breath journey
→ A space for inner exploration and integration
A short look into how we breathe, pause and come back to ourselves. Let this give you a sense of the space, the pace and the feeling of a session.
