I VALUE YOUR TIME AND MINE
When we agree to work together, I reserve time and space for you. The following terms apply to cancellations and early endings.
You can cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before your session. For cancellations made less than 24 hours beforehand, the full session fee is due.
If you cancel an individual appointment less than 24 hours before its scheduled start time, it counts as a used session and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
You can cancel the full bundle free of charge at least five days before the first session. For cancellations made less than five days beforehand, the full bundle fee is due.
Once the bundle has begun, the full fee remains payable if you choose to discontinue. Unused sessions are non-refundable.
You can cancel the programme free of charge at least five days before the first session. For cancellations made less than five days beforehand, the full programme fee is due.
Once the programme has begun, the full fee remains payable if you choose to discontinue. Payments already made are non-refundable, and any outstanding balance remains due.
Sacred Steps is a commitment to the full programme.
If you end the programme within the first three months from our agreed starting date, 50% of the total programme fee remains payable. Any payments above this amount will be refunded; any shortfall remains due.
After the first three months, the full programme fee remains payable. Payments already made are non-refundable, and any outstanding instalments continue according to the agreed schedule.
Please notify me by email if you wish to end the programme. The date your notice is received determines which terms apply.
Any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
