IT ALL START WITH MOVEMENT
Everything is moving and changing, even when we feel still.
In the body, we can sense this directly. A breath shifts. A muscle softens. A movement that felt familiar feels different today. The body makes change tangible, and that gives us a place to begin.
Our experiences shape how we respond to the world. When we move with attention, we may begin to notice patterns that words alone have not reached.
We do not have to understand everything before we begin. We can start with what we feel, meet it with care, and see what becomes possible. Essential is to begin.
The practice of Yoga is comprehensive. Movement on the mat reflects our state of mind. It is a homecoming: a way to pause and be present in the body. Coming home means being with what is, without wishing to change or judge it.
My approach to movement is guided by the breath and a deep inner sensing—an inner listening, a conversation between physical structures and mental states. We can practise the same pose again and again, yet it is never quite the same pose.
75 mins / 130 CHF
A practice shaped around how you arrive today and the intention you carry with you. We move at a pace that matches your intensity and gives you space to sense into your body.
→ Movement guided by breath and inner sensing
→ Sequences shaped by the Vinyasa tradition
5 x 75 mins/ 600 CHF
A single session gives us a place to begin. Five sessions give us time to return.
As we work together, we can notice what changes in your movement, breath, and inner sensing—and give your practice room to grow.
→ Movement guided by breath and inner sensing
→ Sequences shaped by the Vinyasa tradition
METTA WELL-BEING
During the summer months, I welcome you to practise with me in my studio.
We begin where we are, connect with the breath, and flow into movement. From stillness
into movement, and back to stillness.
→ Gentle intensity in movement
→ Connection, joy and deep inner listening
Nature has made us complex beings, with an intelligence that lives in the body, the mind, and the energetic space around us.
Sometimes we hold tension for so long that it begins to feel normal. TRE offers a simple sequence of exercises that invites the body’s natural release response. This response is personal. It may be a subtle shift in body temperature, a tremor, physical movement, or a sense of movement within the body. We begin to experience the intelligence and expression of the body.
We do not need to know what we are releasing. We can give the body space to respond in its own way. The beauty of this practice is that you learn a skill you can use on your own in everyday life.
90MINS / 180 CHF
This session can be a first experience of TRE or a check-in if you already practise on your own. We begin with what is present for you that day and give your body space to respond at its own pace.
→ A guided TRE session
→ Space to notice and follow your body’s response
4 x 90mins / 680 CHF
In our first three sessions, I guide you through the exercises and help you become familiar with your body’s release response.
You then have time to practise on your own. We meet again for the forth session to explore what you’ve noticed and any questions that have come up.
→ Three guided online sessions to learn the practice
→ One follow-up session within two months
A retreat gives us time to step away from familiar routines and listen more closely. Movement, breath, and inner work come together, giving us space to meet what is present—and what may be ready to change.
I hold retreats in India, Switzerland, and France. Each place offers a different setting for the same invitation: to meet yourself with honesty, care, and curiosity.
